ENGLISH VERSION

A multilateral Comenius project is a partnership between a minimum of three European schools which means the students of these schools get to work together, exchange information and collaborate on a common project.
The goals of such a project are numerous and diverse :
Encourage students and partaking staff to communicate, exchange and meet abroad
Increase their cultural and linguistic knowledge
Give reality to the notion of the European dimension
Give all involved staff and students an opportunity to live an unforgettable adventure !
From September 2005 to June 2008, our school took part in a Comenius project. For three years, six of our classes worked with students from up to six other European high schools (from Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, Wales, Denmark and Norway) on the following theme :

An Education to the Environment : How people and the Nature Interact.

Among the topics dealt with were : sustainable development, global warming, renewable sources of energy, etc. Each year in March, the students met in a different country : in 2006, in Wales, in 2007, in Niort (France), in 2008, in Germany.

Since 2008, we have remained close to the Italian High School and a linguistic and cultural exchange has been set up for the school year 2008-09.

We are now willing to start a new Comenius project which we would coordinate. That’s why we have applied for a new partnership with eight other European High Schools, some staff of which we met in January 2009 to organize the project. It would be effective from September 2009 for a duration of 2 years for the greatest benefit of all the involved staff and students.
