Can we have a better way , to learn a foreign language , than real practice ? publié le 15/12/2014

Can we have a better way , to learn a foreign language , than real practice ?
Two of my 7th year classes , 6B and 6F, are having a correspondence with 2 classes of two primary schools , one in L’Isle d’Espagnac and the other one in Soyaux .
After introducing themselves to their younger friends (practice of « identity » !) , the « 6èmes » are now expecting answers for Christmas and have prepared Christmas cards that they have made themselves , for most of them .

Another 7th year class , the 6C have just written letters of introduction accompanied by Christmas cards to another class in the Czech Republic (Ivancice, the twin town of Soyaux) , English being the only common language and ,so,the only means of communication between the two groups . So have the students in one of my 8th year classes , the 5E. I hope it will be an incentive to work in English .
